Mr.
Palmer serves as a Managing Member of the LLC and as a Vice President
of the firm. In addition to these duties, Chuck is an active project
manager and serves as the Mechanical Engineering Technical Manager. Chuck has been active in the mechanical engineering field since 1988. He has experience in mechanical design, specification, and construction supervision of plumbing, heating and chilled water piping systems; boilers and piping systems; air and water cooled chillers, ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection, temperature control, building automation systems and thermal displacement ventilation. Chuck has worked on new and remodeled spaces for health care, education and multi-use facilities. |
