Our design services include all types of building construction such as medical, laboratory, institutional, commercial/industrial, educational, and hospitality facilities. We also have extensive experience with Native American projects and the challenges associated with designing facilities that are sensitive to both function and cultural aesthetics.

In addition to our core services of mechanical and electrical engineering, we have specialized skills in lighting design and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Our IAQ expertise includes ventilation studies, thermal displacement ventilation, and participation in IAQ standards development on a national and international level.

Our professional staff includes five registered engineers and three engineers in training. We hold professional registrations in South Dakota and states throughout the Midwest. In addition, we are registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) allowing us to quickly become registered in any state should the need arise.
